Petition letter

Dear Local authorities,

I'm writing this letter because I want to complain about the problems that kolkata is suffering.
on one hand, one big problem that is suffering kolkata is housing . A lot of people don't have house and live in the street this affects the aspect of the city because it show's that is very poor city.
On the other hand , another problem that is connected with housing is the "overpopulation", that means that there are a lot of people in the city and it is very complicated to have houses and the people live in poor conditions.
